Very little communication and their payment method options are very outdated and unsafe. At 7:30 PM I was expected to print out a form hand fill it out, scan it in and copy it and send them pictures of my credit card and drivers license in order for them to let the transporter leave with my vehicle and was even threatened for them to remove the vehicle that they had loaded for me. I had scheduled the appointment the day before and I was told I could pay over the phone by credit card.

Earlier today my drive shaft snapped on my semitruck on 80/94. I was stuck in the middle of the expressway. Jonathan was dispatched to my situation. He was swift, professional, cared my safety, and made an uneventful situation look simple. He kept me at ease, hooked up the truck quickly, was social on the way back to my company's terminal. He presented a level of calm to an intense situation. Highly recommend him if you use this towing service.

I’m from Texas and I damaged my trailer on a low hanging bridge. I was left in a very bad situation by the company I worked for. Things could have been very different for me (in a very bad way)if it wasn’t for the help of Robert. Robert help me find a hotel, Took me there, And came back and picked me up in the morning. He didn’t ask for anything extra, just wanted The towing bill to be paid. It was a very awful experience For me in Chicago, But thanks to Robert and his company I made it back home to Texas safely. I will definitely recommend anyone that’s stranded on the road to call AR Sparks heavy towing. 👍💯👍💯

I had a wonderful experience from the moment they picked up my phone call as my car broke down suddenly in a parking lot. They are very professional upon answering and honest with their charges. My tow driver, Blake was very kind and personable. He made me feel less stressed due to the circumstances of having my car suddenly break down. Thank you so very much!
