I had a wonderful experience from the moment they picked up my phone call as my car broke down suddenly in a parking lot. They are very professional upon answering and honest with their charges. Had my semi truck towed by A&R Sparks Heavy Duty Towing in Alsip, IL, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver, Frank, was professional, on time, and really knew what he was doing. He handled everything safely and efficiently, and made sure my truck got to my yard without any issues. Their equipment is solid, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Frank made a stressful day a lot easier huge thanks to him and the team. Ask for Frank if you can he’s the best!
