My Volvo tractor had lost its air supply while at a delivery - the pressure built back up, and I tried to drive it back to our terminal, unfortunately, the air pressure started to steadily decrease. I made it near a truck stop, safely off on side of Rd, in 0° weather. Mutaza,(hope I got his name correct) the technician, arrived in his jumpsuit, and got under the tractor, and seem to know exactly what the trk needed - he explained, 1. the dryer's filer cartridge is very probably frozen/clogged, 2 there's ice clogging up some of the air lines, 3. you only have a water relief valve on your 1st of three air tanks, the first works but little water comes out - all 3 valves should be replaced.
He fought to unscrew the cartridge, but eventually got it loose. After replacing the cartridge n changing the valves, air still wasn't building up - he heated some pipes w his torch, n eventually got the 2 air pressures up.
...because of the crazy cold weather, he had to take several breaks in his vehicle, t re-warm back up, but after 3.5 hrs he succeeded.
The bill was $1900, but this repair avoided the greater charge of a tow 80miles across state lines.
Very satisfied with Mutaza's work, perseverance, and he's a very friendly guy.

Rob and J were awesome. Another company fell through on decking a couple semis and they came to the rescue. Quick, easy and professional.

Robert and Jay were amazing. These guys are the most professional towing company I have ever worked with. Truck broke down in Chicago and needed to be towed to the Rush Truck Centers Gary location. Took the truck and trailer to Gary and dropped the trailer at the TA and then brought my truck to the dealer.

I had a careless driver pull out in front of me causing the power pylon on my trailer to shift forward and my company called AR sparks to get it repacked. Frank and Eddie came out to help and they were amazing. The load looked tricky to fix but if they thought so it didn't show and little by little they got it back to where it could be safely secured. They really saved the day on this one.

I have never been here, however my companies truck was towed here and I had to call to get some information. I normally expect rude behavior or a nonchalant attitude but I must say, these people are pleasant to speak to, very professional and caring. I was not rushed. Definitely deserved a review from me.
